HOW DOES OUR SHIPPING WORK?

At Motion By Mir we ship the next business day once an order is received. Timing on the shipping depends on the type of shipping chosen during checkout. As soon as orders are received by the shipping vendor (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc), it is out of our control. Shipping usually takes anywhere from 3-7 business days on all domestic orders baring no shipping delays. 

ISSUES WITH SHIPPING AND MISSING ORDERS 

If an issue occurs with shipping after the package has been shipped and tracking information provided, it should be handled through the shipping vendor for recovery or reimbursement.
